The deal is routed to the designated channel manager with a notification. The partner receives automated confirmation that their registration is under review, with the expected SLA for a decision.

Approval, decline, and conflict management

Channel managers review submitted deals from the vendor dashboard — seeing full deal details, conflict status, and partner tier in one view. They can approve, decline with a reason, or flag for further review. On approval, the partner receives confirmation of deal protection including the registration expiry date. Approved deals can be configured to sync automatically to Salesforce or HubSpot as partner-sourced Opportunities.

Deal progression tracking through to close

Registered deals move through configurable pipeline stages — Qualifying, Proposing, Negotiating, Won, Lost. Vendors track stage progression from the deal pipeline view. Partners update their deal status from the portal. When a deal reaches Won, PartnerFlo calculates the commission automatically based on the partner's tier and the applicable commission schedule — no manual calculation required.

Full audit trail for every registered deal

Every action on every deal — submission, conflict check result, approval decision, stage change, commission calculation — is recorded with a timestamp and the user who performed it. When a commission is disputed or a partner questions a decision, the audit trail gives you an unambiguous record to work from.
