How does the 30-day free trial work?

What does "active partners" mean?
An active partner is any partner account that has logged in or submitted any activity (deals, MDF requests, commission claims) within the last 90 days. Dormant or invited-but-not-yet-registered partners do not count toward your limit.
Can my partners use PartnerFlo without paying anything?
Yes. Your partners access their branded portal at no cost to them. Only the vendor pays for PartnerFlo — your partners register deals, claim commissions, and download collateral completely free.
How is PartnerFlo different from just using a spreadsheet or email?
Spreadsheets break down when you have more than a handful of partners. PartnerFlo gives partners a self-service portal they can actually use, creates an audit trail for every deal and MDF claim, and surfaces pipeline data your leadership team needs — without you manually chasing updates.
Can I customise the portal with my own branding?
Yes. You can upload your logo and set your brand colours so partners see your identity when they log in. Custom domain support (e.g. partners.yourcompany.com) is available on the Enterprise plan.
Does PartnerFlo integrate with our CRM?
PartnerFlo connects via Zapier and a REST API, so you can push deal registrations and status updates into Salesforce, HubSpot, or any CRM that supports webhooks. Native two-way CRM sync is on our roadmap.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You retain full ownership of your data. On cancellation you can export all deals, partner records, agreements, and activity logs as CSV. We hold your data securely for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
