- 1Deal closes and commission is calculated
When a registered deal is marked as closed — either manually in PartnerFlo or via a CRM sync — PartnerFlo automatically calculates the partner's commission based on their tier, the deal value, and their commission rate schedule. No manual calculation required.
- 2Partner views their commission statement
The partner receives a notification and can log into the PartnerFlo portal to view their commission statement — deal details, rate applied, gross amount, and expected payout date. Everything is transparent before the money moves.
- 3Partner submits a commission claim
The partner submits a claim through the portal. They can attach an invoice if required, or the payout can be configured to process automatically without a claim step.
- 4PartnerFlo passes payout details to Stripe
PartnerFlo sends the payout instruction to Stripe — partner account details, amount, currency, and reference. Stripe handles the transfer to the partner's bank account or Stripe account.
- 5Partner receives payment and confirmation
The partner receives payment and their commission history in the PartnerFlo portal updates to show the completed payout. Finance has a full transaction record without a separate reconciliation process.
